Add group member: List only course members in search results (privacy)

1 Description

STATUS QUO:
You have a course with groups in it. If a group admin wants to add new members to her group via the "add members"-dialogue it is possible for her to see a very big part of the userbase in the search results (for example after a one-letter search).

DESIRED BEHAVIOUR:
For privacy reasons the search results should only show users who are members of the parent course. The group admin should only have the same "seeing-power" as a course admin if there is no parent course.
