Mail Template for Rater

1 Initial Problem

In New Survey Mode: Individual Feedback appraisees get to manage their raters in an easier fashion. Appraisees get to write a mail to their raters.  This should be facilitated by a Mail Template.

In the New Survey Mode: Individual Feedback appraisees are presented with a compose form for writing a mail to their rater. In this form they should get the option to employ a text template.
