Closing the Circuit of Competence Development in ILIAS (Overview Page)
1 Requirements
By the state of version 5.1, ILIAS has already a bunch of approaches to map competence management. However, a full circuit of development of users' competence cannot be realized with the means available at present.
We provide a short outline of how we understand such a circuit of competence development:
- Learners get to know to requirements made on them in terms of competences.
- Learners make a self-assessment.
- Learners receive an external assessment.
- Learners compare required and actual competences.
- Learners search for ways to react (or receive recommendations on that).
- Learners improve their compliance.
- Learners are recognized as competent.
Step | Means in ILIAS by Now | Desirable Development | FW Article | Contact | Status |
