Get Members-Mail as an Administrator

1 Requirements

Addition to Deactivate Mail to Members in Course Settings and Check permissions when sending mails to course or group members Features

"Mail to Members" functionality can be activated "for all participants" (ILIAS 4.4/5.0): Members of courses/groups have the possibility to send emails to

• Course Member
• Course Tutor
• Course Administrator

Current problem
Members can deactivate to send mail at "Tutor/Administrator", so mails can be send to all members without any control of the course administrator. This could be a way to send "mass mailings", spam, junk, etc. to other members.
 
Suggestion
If "for all participants" is set, there should be an option to send a copy of this mail to administrator/s of course (per default activated). Every time a member send an email trough "Mail to Members" functionality, all administrators of this course get a copy.
If this new option is deactivated, members could send mails like before, without informing administrators with a copy.
 
New "Mail to members"

• For Tutors and Administrators only
• For all Participants
  • √ Copy of Mails to Administrators

Another way to solve this problem could be, to collect all sent emails through the "Mail to Members" option, so administrators could read all sent emails later, equal an other administrator, tutor or member had send an email. But perhaps this would be something for a General Notification System.
