Individual Icons for Folders in Groups and Courses

It should be possible to define individual icons for folders, like it is now for categories/groups and courses.

5 Implementation

The general activation of the custom icons has been moved to "Administration" > "Repository".
 
In folders, custom icons are uploaded under "Settings" > "Icon Settings".
