Matrixansicht mit Name und Vorname der Nutzer

Die Matrixansicht im Lernfortschritt eines Kurse bietet eine gute Möglichkeit für Tutoren, eine 'Liste' aller Teilnehmer und deren Lernstand auf einzelne Lernobjekt im Kurs, z. B. Scorm-Module, auf einen Blick zu erhalten.
 
Allerding wird in der Matrixansicht nur der Benutzername angezeigt. In vielen Fällen (je nach Vorgaben für den Benutzernamen in einer Institution) wird der Tutor aus dem Benutzernamen nicht ableiten können, wer sich dahinter verbirgt. Damit ist die Nützlichkeit der Matrixansicht starkt eingeschränkt, wenn nicht gar hinfällig.
 
Vorschlag:
In der Matrixansicht werden - wie auch schon in der globaleren Ansicht 'KursteilnehmerInnen' der Lernfortschrittsanzeige - zusätzlich zur Spalte Benutzernamen die Spalten Name und Vorname eingebaut. Da der Kurstutor ja den Lernfortschritt seiner Kursteilnehmer einsehen darf und die Namen bereits unter 'KursteilnehmerInnen' angezeigt werden, spricht n. m. A. nichts dagegen, dies auch und gerade in der Matrixansicht anzubieten.

JF 19 Mar 2012: We appreciate this improvement and schedule it for 4.3. All user related fields available in the "Course Participants" learning progress list should also be available in the matrix view. We are also considering to merge firstname/lastname into one field ("Lastname, Firstname") like in the member lists.

As you can see in my screenshot below, the member list of the course doesn't offer as many possible columns as the "Course Participants" view of the learning progress does. As the matrix view is a part of the learning progress, IMHO its table should offer the same possible columns as other learning progress views, i.e., also all the columns related to learning progress data like "Last Access" or "Last Status Change".

5 Implementation

JL 13 Jun 2013: The matrix view now has all the columns that are available in the "course participants" view incl. user data and user custom fields. They are now rather similar - the sole distinction is the inclusion of sub-items in the matrix view. Which is okay by me because the processing of the sub-items is rather expensive so it's a good thing that "course participants" is the "default" learning progress view in repository objects.
 
Please be aware that course- and/or group-specific user data is not supported in any learning progress view. This would need another feature request.
