1 Description

  1. Ausgabe einer fortlaufenden Klausurnummer
  • Ausgabe einer fortlaufenden, individuellen Klausurnummer, die die Klausur für einen bestimmten Teilnehmer automatisch identifiziert.
  • Die Ausgabe der Klausurnummer kann in den Testeinstellungen aktiviert/deaktiviert werden.
  • Im Kiosk-Modus wird die Klausurnummer zusammen mit den Teilnehmerinformationen (Vorname, Name, Benutzername) im Kopfbereich angezeigt, ohne Kioskmodus wird die Klausurnummer im Fußbereich einer jeden Seite angezeigt.
  • Außerdem erscheint die Klausurnummer auch zusammen mit dem Unterschriftenfeld, falls dieses aktiviert ist.
2. Ausgabe der einzelnen Fragen_IDs für den Auswertungs- und Dokumentationprozess
  • Fragenübersicht nach Beenden des Tests
  • Unterregister Fragen
  • Unterregister Teilnehmer :: Testergebnisse anzeigen (Übersicht und detailinformationen)
  • Unterregister Auswertung und Statistik :: Detailierte Auswertung für alle NutzerInnen
  • Unterregister Auswertung und Statistik :: Aggregierte Testergebnisse
  • Unterregister Auswertung und Statistik :: Ergebnisse zu Einzelfragen

Zu 1) Eine fortlaufende Nummer zur Identifikation einer Teilnehmer-Klausur ist so viel ich weiss für den Mainzer Workflow wichtig. Diese sollte ebenso wie andere Felder ein und ausgeblendet werden können. Hier könnte man sich neben einer fortlaufenden Nummer auch einen Hashwert vorstellen aus user und Test Object Daten. Ich vermute das Feld wird zum Übertrag auf einen Unterschriftzettel in Mainz benötigt.
 
Grundsätzlich sollte NICHTS mehr in irgendeiner Form von einem kioskmode abhängig gemacht werden. Kiosking soll ein konfigurierbarer Bestandteil des Examensmodus sein.

MB 30 May 2013: We are about to begin to work in this feature. Currently, I am wondering about the nature of the exam number and present the following questions:
 
Exam-Number-Schema:
Please choose from one of the following possibilities:
  1. "exam identifier with a 'speaking' prefix"
    E.g. <test_object_id>_<active_id>_<pass_no>
    Could look like 437_234_1 and would be guaranteed uniqe across all tests of the whole installation. Additionally, it might be possible to prefix this number with the NIC-ID to get a globally unique identifier. It lacks of course the beauty of the other solutions which are "just some digits". This is "implementers preferred", as it is possible to generate this identifier even for past tests in a well predictable way. The 'character' of the identifier-groups also makes it possible to take advantage of this numbering without storing it.
  2. "exam number counter"
    This would just be an incrementing number which would be starting with 1 for every test.
  3. "exam number counter sitewide"
    This would be an incrementing number, which would count all tests in a system.
The first alternative seems to be the one with the most potential, as it allows for a globally unique number, something I see marginally related to the cross-site requirements of Extending Test Export which is not "current" now but hopefully will be, once the obstacles in the concept are addressed properly.
