Transfer Mail Preview on Dashboard into a KitchenSink Elements

1 Initial Problem

There are two views in which the changes of the page layout revision still have to be made.
On the dashboard, the old block views still exist for the preiview of mails and news instead of the panels introduced with ILIAS 6.

Both views should be transferred to a standard item or a standard listing panel with items.
