1 Timeline

  • Feature freeze at April 30, 2020 (deadline to suggest new features for this version)
  • All features implemented and test cases completed at November 12, 2020
  • Release 7.0 beta1 published and release-7 branch created at November 13, 2020
  • Beginn of testing phase at November 16, 2020
  • End of testing phase extended until February 26, 2021
  • First stable 7.0 release published at April 30, 2021
  • End of maintenance for version 7: expected for April 2024 (due to delay of ILIAS 9)

5 Changed Behaviour

This section lists changes of existing objects and components due to bug fixes made for ILIAS 7:
  • The "Autostart" feature for media objects has been removed, see https://mantis.ilias.de/view.php?id=30294
  • The editor revision includes major changes in the default content style. To keep the ILIAS 6 style, you need to re-import it from this data collection and assign it to your contents.
