Copying LM Pages with Media Objects
1 Description
When LM pages are copied media objects are currently not copied, but references to the media objects are created. This is especially true when media pools are used, but also, when pages are just copied (no matter whether this happens in the same learning module or not).
In some cases this is the desired behaviour in others cases not.
We need to offer an option whether the first or the second behaviour should be used.
We also need to keep an eye on the future copy process for learning modules.

JF 29 Nov 2010: We support the idea, but we have to work out workflows that offer this flexibility but keep usability as well.
JF 19 Mar 2012: Bug 8738 is dealing with the problem on the repository container level. We should try to improve the behaviour for 4.3. Up to now our best idea is to present an additional screen in the copy process, that asks the users whether contained media objects should be copied or linked.
