Discrete Export Permission

1 Description

Now everybody who has write permissions on a object are allowed to export this object. In some cases it's not good (think off using copyright marked material in learning modules and sth like this).

Suggestion it would be nice when you would have seperate export permissions for every kind of object. So for instance it would be easy to employ students for adjusting learning stuff.
