Tooltip about regarding HTML template in ILIAS pages

1 Description

ILIAS should show via tooltip by which template a view is controlled and where the template is saved.
This way, it would be much easier for administrators to find the correct template to change a specific view.
Maybe access to that information could be made dependent to a specific permission like it's the case with the "Page Translation" of language variables.
