Progress bar by uploading a ZIP-File

1 Description

If a user upload a zip archive with the option "Multiple Files as Zip-Archive", then the user should be informed of the status of the progress. There is the problem, that users are clicking several times on the "Upload File"-button and produce more server processes, which aren't necessary. We suggest a progress bar (Fortschrittsbalken, Ladebalken, Statusbalken,...) and/or to deactivate the "Upload File"-Button, while the file will be uploaded and extracted.

Pascal, 5 November 2012: This is done in the project Upload Multiple Files and will be available with ILIAS 4.4

Matthias Kunkel, 24 Apr 2013: This feature will come with 4.4 as part of the file handling improvements (see Pascal's comment). Therefore I close this request and take it out of the list of suggested features.
