Optional show members

In the course settings, there's is the possibility to "show members" optional. For ILIAS groups this feature would be nice too. For example you have the possibility to open a group for the role anonymous and also add some specific people as administrator or group member. But the anonymous doesn't see, who is in this group.

Kunkel, Matthias [mkunkel], June 15, 2015: I strongly recommend to streamline course and group and to implement the "Show Members" in groups, too - see screenshot below. Another candidate on the same screen is Welcome-Mail for New Members in Groups.
