Booking Tool: Replace Time Slot Input with Ordering Table

1 Initial Problem

The schedule settings are using a legacy input field for configuring the time slots.

The time slot configuration will be done using an KS Ordering Table on a separate settings screen. The other settings will stay on the main setting screen.
