Abandon Compulsory Questions Setting in Test

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The setting for "Compulsory Questions" should be abandoned, since this feature is not available for all questions types and there is no funding to implement this properly. Some users have used this feature to achieve the consent from the participants in E-Exam scenarios. This is no longer necessary, as we now have the setting "exam conditions".

For ILIAS 10, we want to introduce the new 'Ordering Table' in the question tab of the test, which does not allow editing inline in the table. The abandoning of this feature allows a better usage of resources within the Removing LUI process of exchanging the tables.

2 Technical Information

The setting will be removed from all 'Personal Default Settings' and all existing tests.
