Abandon «Manage» Tab via UI-Refactoring in Data Collection

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

With the transition to the new UI Data Table, the Manage tab is no longer required. The only function of the "Manage" tab is a multi-action for deleting multiple entries.

This function is provided on the UI Data Table using Bulk Actions.
