Portfolio: Abandon Portfolio as User Profile

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The feature currently adds some coupling between the two services, since it does lack a real interface. Additionally user profiles are rendered very differently, e.g. without the need to provide multiple tabs like the portfolio does. Linking public portfolios from the public user profile seems to be the better solution.

Action has been removed from dropdown. Method for retrieving the state has been marked deprectated and always returns null now.
