Abandon Learning Progress Tab in Administration

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

In the Administration there is a table presenting Learning Progress of object types of an installation in a table.

• This table loads slowly.
• This table gets stuck when there is something wrong with on specific object and it's object type is selected. 
• This table does not allow for generating relevant reports. 
• Higher education does not use it to best of my knowledge and voctional training employs reporting plugins.

Thus this table can be abandonned. 

The other tabs like statistics and Session Statistics are kept and live on.

6 Implementation

Implemented as described above (see commit). The tab 'Learning Progress' was removed from Administration > Statistics and Learning Progress.

Removed Testcases

The following testcases have been removed from Testrail or modified because the feature is no longer part of the ILIAS core.
