Abandon «Author» being automatically set in Survey Questions

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

When creating Survey Questions the user preparing the Question is automatically set as "Author". Supposedly this is intended to be convenient.

Art. 5c GDPR requests data minimalisation, this automatic processing is supposedly not always neccessary.

Art. 17 GDPR provides the right to be forgotten. The non-removal of this data poses a problem. 

The Author data should be no longer captured at all and should be scrubbed from the system. It must not be comprised in exports.
