Add reminder mails to the timings view of Courses

1 Initial Problem

In the timings view it should be possible to remind course members of the imminent expiry of the set learning time.

In the course settings, it would be possible to activate the reminder mail and then define the time at which course members receive a mail reminding them of the end of the learning period (see 3.2).
