Improve UX for Metadata and Statistics Tabs in Individual Wiki Pages

1 Initial Problem

When you go to an individual Wiki Page and click on either its 'Metadata' or 'Statistics' tabs, then you no longer see what Wiki Page you are editing. There is no heading and even the menu path at the top of the page only extends as far as the main Wiki itself. This can be frustrating when you open 3 or 4 tabs and want to batch-enter some metadata or compare statistics. 

In the 4th tab, 'What Links Here?' you do get to see what Page you are working on. The tab has a heading: 'What links to page "page name"?'

2 Conceptual Summary

I think it would be a good idea if the 'Metadata' and 'Statistics' tabs of a Wiki Page had a similar solution to the 'What Links Here?' tab - i.e. that they displayed a heading indicating which Wiki Page you are working on, i.e. 'Statistics of the Page "page name".'
