Replace «Send Participantion Confirmation»-Button by Automatism

The button "Send Participation Confirmation" should no longer be offered at the end of the survey.

The setting "Send Participation Confirmation" is to automatically trigger a confirmation mail after finishing the survey. The need to trigger the mail manually is removed.
