This is a project page that bundles several feature wiki pages which belong to a larger development activity for the ILIAS component Competence Management, Staff, Survey, Employee Talk.

1 Aim of Project

Universities offer Career Services to prepare students for a successful entry into the job market.

Career Center provide career orientation, Information on founding a company, and prospective employers in the region. Career Center provide highly layouted content consisting of learning modules.
They offer highly structured opportunities for reflection using competences and surveys. Career services use the Competence Management to foster development and reflection of key skills. They use Competence Profiles, Self-Evaluation and Surveys.
Career Center provide job application training. Career Center offer Portfolios Templates and advice and support on preparing CVs.
Career Center offer individual feedback and advice using Talks and supervise progress, support and guide the cohort using the Orgunits and Staff section.
