Send Mail directly to bookers of consultation hours

1 Initial Problem

The booking overview of consultation hours currently lists all booking for the consultation hours offered and allows to cancel and delete appointments. This executes a generic mail to the user that the appointment was cancelled. It is, however, not possible to send a mail to the booker directly in order to exchange information e.g. about what the booker is supposed to bring to the appoint or about the need to delay the appoint (and maybe cancel it later on).

2 Conceptual Summary

In order to allow for a better workflow we would like to introduce the "send mail" function on the bookings subscreen of the consultation hour. This will lead to the mail screen in which you can send some information to the booker. This function should be available both in the "Action" dropdown and in the "multiaction" dropdown.

The user data of the prospective participant, owner and manager of the consultation hour are stored as before: First and last name, login, e-mail

Kunkel, Matthias [mkunkel], 22 APR 2024: How about using a label like "Contact Booker" instead of "Send Message" for the related action?

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 13 MAY 2024: We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule the feature for ILIAS 10 / trunk. Please use a new lang var for "Mail versenden". This will allow us to find a good label for this specific use case.
