Present calendar block on container content page

1 Initial Problem

The calendar block is forced to be displayed in the sidebar. Course admins only have the choice between disabling the calendar or living with it in the top right corner, where it causes a rather large area of whitespace in its otherwise empty column. it is not possbile to place it some fitting on the container page.

2 Conceptual Summary

The page editor should get a new option "Insert Calendar Block" if the calendar block has been enabled for the respective container. If the calendar block is enabled and if it has NOT been inserted anywhere on the page, it will still be displayed in the sidebar.

If the calendar block has been inserted somewhere on the page, it will only be displayed in this spots / these spots (multiple inserts possible). This follows the pattern of how objects are shown when they have been assigned to item groups and sessions.
