Second E-Mail Address in CC

1 Initial Problem

There is a user data field "Second E-Mail".
Users may define in their personal settings whether mails are externally forwarded to the first, the second address or to both.
Finally, in "Administration > Mail > Settings > General", you can predefine this personal setting.

By now (v8), the forwarding to the second mail address must take place by a separate e-mail - it cannot be simply a CC.
This way, the To recipient and the CC recipient aren't aware of the fact that they have both been notified.
E.g., a user having missed a due date isn't aware that his/her superior has been notified, too.

Thus, at least in some scenarios, it would be helpful to have an option of having notifications dispatched in one e-mail with a To and a CC recipient.

Users may define in their personal settings that mails are externally forwarded to both of the addresses, with the second one as CC recipient.
In "Administration > Mail > Settings > General", you can predefine this personal setting.
