Move «Results: Competence Results» in Surveys to KS

1 Initial Problem

Users should be able to understand the competence results at a glance. 

2 Conceptual Summary

• The Barview is iontroduced for the Competence results. 
• Users should get the opportunity to print the results via the browser function. 
• In the print view the Bar diagram is shown and all the competence results are opened and printed. 
• The bar diagram gets a headline "Latest Competence Self-Evaluation" 
• The Headlines of the Competence Categories are displayed.
