Multi-Lingual Talk Templates

1 Initial Problem

A Talk Template contains Custom Metadata, which is multilingual. On the other hand, title and the description of Talk Templates are only monolingual.

On ILIAS installations with users from different countries, it is thus necessary to create and maintain multiple copies of what should be the same Talk Template in all needed languages. This becomes especially cumbersome when one wants to change the metadata sets available to the templates.

2 Conceptual Summary

Support for multilingual titles and descriptions is added to Talk Templates.
