Currently interactive images need a fixed size to work due to the technical implementation.

Interactive images should work without fix size, responsive, images.

The editing views will still work with the original size of the images, presentation with responsive images will adopt the size according to the container space.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 08 JAN 2024: We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule the feature for ILIAS 10. The maintainer hopes not to need a library to implement this feature, if nevertheless he will pick-up the request again and notify the JF.
