Abandon Working Time in Test Questions and ILIAS Tests

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The Setting "Working Time" in Test Questions is more or less useless. Many test question creators never change the default setting of one minute. The only place, where this information is shown, is an optional column in the ILIAS Test question list view.

With ILIAS 8, the layout of this setting ins broken in the question form and no fix will be available. (See Mantis #36325).

I propose to remove this setting in the test questions and the test.

Rabah, Rachid [rabah] has proposed a "Dwell Time per Question"-Feature, which could be discussed as a better alternative.

2 Technical Information

We will remove this from the question setting page (editQuestion) and the test question page (ilobjtestgui --> questions). Likewise, the information is removed from all existing questions in the database.
