Define preview for videos inserted by the ILIAS page editor

1 Initial Problem

It is currently not possible to define an image for the preview of videos inserted by the ILIAS page editor.

2 Conceptual Summary

Similar to the edit page of videocasts, two new options will be presented in the default properties of local / uploaded videos inserted by the ILIAS page editor:

1. Extract preview image = user chooses a frame from the video itself as a preview picture.
   
2. Preview picture = user chooses a file as a preview picture.

Seiler, Yvonne [yvseiler], 3 APR 2023: Would it be a possibility to take the option from the toolbar down to the form and use a 3 way radio button option:
[ x ] no thumbnail ((default))
[    ] extract preview image from video
[    ] upload own preview image

This would make all three options visible to the users in one place.

Mela, Alix [ILIAS_LM], 03 APR 2023: I'd share yseiler's opinion. In the current screenshot the Extraction-form is placed "somewhere", without context. And I bet: Some users would fill in both possibilities (Extract & Upload)...
