Activating Taxonomies in glossaries and question pools

1 Initial Problem

• In categories the service Taxonomies can be activated in the tab Settings. 
• In the Editing View of Glossaries, using the service Taxonomy does not require activation. However a setting concerning the presentation in the Presentation View is offered. 
• In the tab Settings of Questions Pools the service Taxonomy does not require activation. However a setting concerning the presentation as a filter element is offered. Exactly one taxonomy can be set for presentation in the Tree View / Slate. This is removed accordingly from the filter and is only displayed in the slate.

2 Conceptual Summary

Taxonomies in question pools and glossaries are to be activated in the tab Settings. The options for presenting taxonomies in all three object types will move to the referring sub-tabs Taxonomy / Taxonomies. This streamlines the behavior of Taxonomies in categories, glossaries and question pools. 

Therefore a respective checkbox will be located in "Additional Features" (Tab Settings).

The obsolete function from the "Presentation" (glo) and "General Settings" (qpl) areas disappear.

Upon saving the activated checkbox the sub-tab Taxonomies is presented in the tab Settings (likewise in Categories). The sub-tab is not offered, when the checkbox is deactivated.

9 Discussion

Strassner, Denis [dstrassner], 23 MAR 2023: We (Alina, Matthias, Max, Stephan and I) had a small chat about this FR and the T&A Team supports the part for Question Pool Test. We think this is a good way to get rid of old clutter. From our view, there are no privacy and security implications on our part.
