Provide Rating for LTI-Consumer

1 Initial Problem

Contrary to other ILIAS-Objects the LTI-Consumer doeasn't support Rating. This could be very useful to give Feedback to the provided content.

2 Conceptual Summary

Similar to Rating of other Objects (Wiki-Pages, Learning-modules, ...) the rating should have the same behaviour.

1. Not yet rated

If the LTI-Consumer Object is not yet rated, but activated 5 empty Stars should be deisplayed.

2. Hover over not rated

If the mouse of the user hovers over a not (from the user) rated object it should display a information.

3. Rating

If a user wants to rate, an interactive modal is displayed. The User can select the rating by clicking the amount of stars he/she wants to give.

4. Rated

If the user has rated the stars are fullfilled by the average rating. A counter displays the the amount of ratings.

3 User Interface Modifications

1. LTI-Consumer Setttings

The LTI-Consumer Settings need to have a checkox to enable Rating.

Same as the implemtation in other Objects, which provide rating

4 Technical Information

It should be discussed WHERE the rating is stored. Should this be just a local rating, or especially in case of exchange modules like LTI, connected with the remote content. (Provide Rating for LTI-Provider)

Furthermore exsiting Rating could be displayed as part of the Metadata Set (discussed in Provide Rating for LTI-Provider)

5 Privacy

The rating should only be possible once per USER, so this should be discussed.
