Export Booking Pools

1 Initial Problem

It is not possible to export and import booking pools.

2 Conceptual Summary

Booking pools should be exportable to and importable from XML like other repository objects. No user related data will be included, meaning the export will not contain reservations, just the settings, booking objects and schedules.

The view will contain the typical UI elements for export screen. A button to create a new export file and a table listing the export files, including a Download link and a Delete multi action in the table.
