Abandon Line Break Setting in Users Mail Setting

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The setting is incomprehensible in view of its usefulness and impact. Moreover, a user-side configuration of the line break only for the mails to be sent is nothing that the user can assess in a reasonable way. 
In the interest of reducing clutter and making the form easier to understand, the setting should be abandoned

Line Break Feature has been removed in user setting and in code.

No effect on existing mails.
