Remove the input field of Permanent link in Footer

1 Initial Problem

The input field is completely misleading.

You can't enter anything. The "Click", "Select", Copy (Menu or cmd+C) process is completely unnecessary.

Clicking on "Permanent Link" or "Link zu dieser Seite" is sufficient to get the URL into the users system clipboard.

• Remove the input field of Permanent link in Footer
• Re-Lable ...
  • ... "Permantent Link" to "Copy Permanent Link" or "Copy Permanent Link to Clipboard".
  • ... "Link zu dieser Seite" to "Link zu dieser Seite kopieren".
