Split Authentiction Page into Overview and Settings

1 Initial Problem

The current Authentication & Registration screen contains an overview table about the current settings as well isself containing a setting. The pages also has a couple of other settings.

2 Conceptual Summary

The starting page should be revised to only contain the current authentication and registrating settings information. All settings should be moved to a dedicated settings page.
