Abandon Feedback in Test Results
Page Overview
[Hide]1 Reasons to Abandon Feature
During the revision of the test settings in the project ILIAS.NRW, we have determined that this setting makes little sense. Feedback should only be displayed during the execution, not in the result view.
2 Technical Information
We remove the Feedback setting from the “Scoring and Results” tab. Therefor, feedback only can be shown during the test passes in the future. (see setting "Instant feedback")

5 Discussion
Strassner, Denis [dstrassner]: 30 MAY 2022: The first discussion on this proposal took place in the Test Settings Revision workshop. For transparency reasons, I name the participants here:
2022-06-27, Glaubitz, Marko [mglaubitz]: I am not sure, whetehr I unserstand, what is supposed to happen when this is abandoned. Will it stil be possible für learners to see the answer-optin related feddback in their test results? IMHO this is an essential tool for many instructors as students actually get a bettr unserstanding of what they did wrong. But maybe I misundestood the abandon report.
JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 27 JUN 2022 : There are objections against removing the feedback in the test results. Therefore we keep the feature and set this request to "Outdated".
6 Implementation
{The maintainer has to give a description of the final implementation and possible consequences for existing installations.}
