Add Open Submission option in Participant View in list of Submissions and Grades

1 Initial Problem

Currently, the "Open Submission" function is missing in the "Participant View" of the tab "Submission and Grades" in the context of an assigment.

If a lecturer wants to open the submitted portfolio of a particular participant via the browser (without downloading the file), this function is only available in  the "Assignment View". However, this means that the lecturer has to scroll down the entire list in order to find the respective participant. 

2 Conceptual Summary

We suggest to add the "Open Submission" option into the "Actions" menu in the "Participant View" (analogously to the "Assignment View") in order to enhance usabiltiy.
