Add link to submitted portfolio in notification mail

1 Initial Problem

If students submit their portfolio in the context of an assignment, lecturers receive a notification mail that a new submission has taken place. However, the mail only contains:
... a link to the overview page of the assigment (tab "Assigments") where he/she has to either click on the portfolio link or press the download button in order to open the portfolio
... and a link to the tab "Assigment View" of the list of "Submissions and Grades" where he/she has to search for the respective newly submitted portfolio, open the "Actions" menu and click on "Open SUbmission" in order to open the portfolio.

This workflow is quite time-consuming as the click rate is quite high for just opening a particular portfolio.

2 Conceptual Summary

In order to reduce the click rate, the notification mail in the context of an assignment should also contain a direct link to the frozen, submitted portfolio (as already implemented in the notification mail for the sharing process).
