A link to a reply "Share reply" or simply "Link" as a short-link would be very helpful to share it with others. Conceivable would be an embedding in the action menu.

kkrutsch, osamoila: Assumption: Forum has a Ref-ID, then also the thread has an ID and also the post within a thread an ID (assumed also exisitent for tree representation)
