Partial quotes

1 Initial Problem

Currently, quotes can be edited. This could lead to the problem that content is being falsified.

2 Conceptual Summary

(1) Ability to nsert quotes section by section, which cannot be edited afterwards (custom inserted div).

(2) Marking text in the initial post should be recognized and taken over by the citation/quote function.
