Abandonned Global Switch for Page History

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

In Administration > Repository and Objects > Learning Modules > Settings there is a checkbox to globally switch on an extra tab in the page editor "Page History". This tab allows to understand who made what changes and to be able to roll back what changes were made. 
The switch is to be abandonned, the tab is gobally availabe and cannot be switched off.
