1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

Adding Phrases and saving anwer options as phrases requires rather strange "buttons-within-form". Additionally the underlying code has aged and makes general refactorings more complex. If possible this functionality should just be dropped.

Seibt, Alina [alina.seibt], 11 OKT 2022: Currently, as the author of the question, I can click on "Add phrase" and then get some suggestions of pre-written answer options, i.e. "very good, good, neutral, not good, bad," etc.
I can also add my own and save them to use in other questions and not have to retype everything every time.
I think this function is basically very practical, especially if you want to work with several questions with the same answer options. Perhaps it is possible to remove the "system-wide" phrases but keep user-specific phrases (in this case the "Save as phrase" button)? Would that make the code easier to handle?

Kergomard, Stephan [skergomard], 13 OKT 2022: I can understand, what you are saying, Alina. I would still very much support this request to abandon it. This would be moved to the UI-Framework and will pose quite a few conceptual issues. Maybe one day way we will find a good way to introduce it again, but from where I stand this is not it and we should invest our ressources elsewhere right now.
