Show applied didactic template for item groups in settings

1 Initial Problem

A frequent scenario at our university is the use of item groups in order to hide content from ILIAS courses and groups. In order to do that users can use a didactic template for item groups which revokes the "visible" permission for course members in this item group. The problem, however, is that course administrators can only see and change the used didactic template upon create but not later. This is because course administrators do not have the permission to access the "permission" tab where the "applied didactic template" can be changed.

2 Conceptual Summary

Currently, the "applied didactic template" for item groups can only be changed in the "permission" tab of the item groups. We should move this setting to the "setting" tab instead of the "permission" tab in order to allow course/group administrators to see and change the settings for the "applied didactic template". This would be the same way that the didactic template "post box" for folders or "closed group" for groups currently works. This means we do not only want to move the dropdown from the "permission" tab to the "settings" tab but also want to change from dropdown to a selectable lists via radio buttons.

Killing, Alexander [alex], 30.11.2022: In my understanding we want this additionally on the settings screen, as specified. The permission screen keeps it, too.

Kunkel, Matthias [mkunkel], 28 MAR 2023: As Alexander already said, the setting for selecting a didactic template for an item group is offered in the Settings tab additionally. It will also be available in tab Permissions in the future.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 17 APR 2023: We highly appreciate this suggestion and accept the feature for ILIAS 9. As already stated in the posts above, the selection of Didactic Templates will not be moved but made available on the Settings screen, too.
