Take over Description from LTI-Ressource

1 Initial Problem

When using a remote LTI ressource a Title has to be given *before* a ressource is selected. But not knowing, what ressources can be used, the title is not known by the user at the beginning.

2 Conceptual Summary

I suggest to take over the name the from the remote ressource. In the meantime a random object-name/ID is given by ILIAS which is changed in the Moment a ressource is selected by the User.
