Abandon Radius Support

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The Radius Authentication uses a PHP-Pecl-extension, which has already been only available as a beta-release for PHP7. This library is not available any more for PHP8, making supporting this authentication method impossible without adding new dependencies to the ILIAS core. There also exist a lot more sutiable authentication methods for webapplications like LDAP which can replace Radius.

2 Technical Information

The Radius Authentication can easily removed from the core. There should be no dependencies on this module directly.
