Access to solution of other users

Idea:
New option: participant can see the exercise solutions of other users, if he has delivered his own solution.

Adaptations:

• Possibility to activate the feature in each exercise for user with write permissions
• New object tab “solutions” with the visible solutions. after delivering of solution, user gets access to the solution of other users.
