Rating for Forum Posts and Threads

It should be possible that users rate posts and threads.

• Funding: Partly funded by Helmut Schmidt Universität (only for threads but not for postings)
• Development: Feature is to be developed by Databay AG AG

JF 6 Apr 2010: We highly appreciate this feature. Up to now only the rating for threads is settled. We think that rating for postings would be even more interesting for a lot of users. So we are looking for additional funding here.

N. Ahmad: We will need about 4 hours for the additional implementation.

JF 31 May 2010: As long as there is no funding for posts as well, the feature will not be added to 4.1.
